Walking into this hotels grand elegance was a breath of fresh air! Literally. There's some wonderful aroma threapy going on when you walk in. There are drinks such as water, beer, whiskey or tequila punch as wait for your room. There are several restauraunts within the hotel with an excellent variety of cuisine. There's also a bar in the main lobby. Theres a beautiful rooftop pool party area. I'm sure that theres more that we did not see. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was amazing. Extra clean, fresh, crisp and up to date. It has a modern- zen vibe. Everything smelled so good. The bed and pillows are everything that you could ever hope for. There are other places to eat, shop and play within walking distance from the hotel. I forgot to mention that it is gated. I would definitely stay here again. I like that its location is within a large gated community. You can get out at any hour day or night and find people walking, jogging, strolling and walking pets in safety. I like that you can reserve a room or suite without paying up front. You pay at checkout!

Exceptional stay! Staff was nice and so helpful, drinks at the rooftop bar were marvelous, the pool is so nice and the dj at night was the cherry on top for us. There is no better location than this… bars, restaurants, stores and activities are all at walking distance (inside resort area). We stopped at a restaurant with an awesome dance floor and had a blast. Then, we walked to another restaurant called Slick Slips and ate the best appetizers ever; in fact, everything there was amazing, but you certainly need to try the fried crab legs. Oh my God, no words for those crab legs. Going back to the hotel experience: everything was spotlessly clean, pleasant smell all around the property. Convenient vending and water+ice machine on our floor. Going for a walk around the hotel in the morning was so relaxing and refreshing. We loved the shuttle taking us to the beach BUT we didn’t enjoy the hotel beach as much because chairs and umbrellas were right next to each other, so everyone tight together. We are beach people so feeling cramped at the beach is not our vibe. We were happy that was an option but preferred to go the beach outside of the resort. Last but not least, we had our breakfast in our room every morning. Everything we tried on the breakfast menu was 10/10. We also had mimosas one morning and were not disappointed. Lovely! We loved our time there, the food, the drinks, the bed, THE SHOWER, the amenities, the rooftop, everything! Worth every penny.

The staff was so, so friendly! The facility was extremely clean too! I love how spacious our room was, and we loved the little cafe on site. We appreciated the daily cookie treats available to guests, and the welcome cocktails were nice!

Very accommodating & staff were very helpful & courteous. Restaurant food was good & convenient as well as the coffee bar. Special thanks to Nick at Valet, from Thursday check in to Sunday checkout he was very professional & helpful every time & high energy!
